What are the shipping time of your product?

We only offer one delivery method, Premium Economy Shipping. Once your order is made, it takes us 2 to 3 days to process your order, then the shipping time is 10 to 15 days.

 

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide .

 

Do you provide tracking/delivery information

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order leaves our premises.

 

Some item are missing from my shipment, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contain multiple items, for example, any items ordered not available, we will make separate delivery for any available item first. Don't worry, the rest of your order most likely to arrive shortly

 

I received a damaged item. Any replacement?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address and after verification by our teams we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible:

I still have not received my ordered. Why it take so long?

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 10 days of the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not on sale..
